Cartridge filling

For testing purposes or even for customer demonstrations, a Swiss material manufacturer was looking for a way to fill cartridges with mixed material. This involved a two-component adhesive with high mechanical strength and particularly good adhesion to glass, making it ideal for structural glazing.
The company finally received an offer from us for a WIWA DOSYS M that had been specially adapted to their requirements. It had originally been developed for metering filler in the railroad industry and can now also be equipped with a cartridge filling device. Standard plastic cartridges in sizes of 150 or 330 mililiters can be filled.
At a later stage, the customer requested an additional foot switch in order to be able to operate the system even more flexibly. This has since been retrofitted.
