Description

Quality in the palm of your hand.

With 145 different models, WIWA reversible nozzles offer a wide range of options and are suitable for a wide variety of materials, from low-viscosity to high-viscosity. Nozzle sizes ranging from 0.009 to 0.053 inches or 0.23 to 1.35 mm allow for precise adaptation to any application and ensure a clean, even spray pattern in daily use.

The right nozzle makes a bigger difference than you might think at first glance. Anyone who works with a spray gun quickly realizes that it’s not just about pressure and technique, but above all about using the right, reversible nozzle for the material in question.

As a general rule: The thicker the material, the larger the nozzle opening should be. Small nozzles are suitable for low-viscosity paints or glazes. They allow for fine atomization, ensure an even finish, and prevent unnecessary material waste. If you use a nozzle that’s too large here, the finish will quickly become uneven.

Durable materials and a well-engineered design ensure a long service life and consistent atomization. This allows for efficient material processing and consistently high quality.
