Waterproofing a wall with polyurea

Together with one of our sales partners in Bulgaria, we tested our WIWA DUOMIX SPF 240 in September 2022 in the course of a masonry waterproofing project with a 2K polyurea from a Croatian material manufacturer. The material was applied in a 1:1 ratio with our PU GUN 4040. In the course of the project, both round and flat spray nozzles were tested with values between 115 and 200 bar spray pressure. We finally achieved the best result with mixing chamber "C" and a 60° flat spray nozzle.
This set-up can also be used for coating roofs, bridges, outdoor pipelines, chemical tanks made of steel or concrete, in swimming pools and much more.
