The WIWA DUOMIX PU HX unit is equipped with an energy-saving mode as standard. This detects the system status during coating and automatically switches off consumers that are not currently required.
The new design of the dosing pumps allows a further improved material flow. Wear on dynamic parts has been significantly reduced as a result. Changing the mixing ratio is a matter of minutes thanks to simplified replacement of the material pumps. More than 200 different mixing ratios can be realized in this way.
The newly designed, exceptionally economical heater is based on proven and patented technology of gentle material heating. Only the quantity of the individual components just required is brought to processing temperature both efficiently and very gently in an extremely short time.
The WIWA DUOMIX PU HX is extremely quiet and allows the user to work comfortably and without pulsation. The control panel has been deliberately kept simple. The latest safety aspects of the EU machinery directives were already taken into account during the design to ensure the highest standard here as well.
Feed pumps can be easily transported and stored in the integrated holder. Two variants are available here - membrane pumps or our newly developed piston pumps.
The change from stand frame to cart can be realized within minutes by a conversion kit.
The WIWA DATALOGGER offers an ideal supplement to quality management. All processing parameters, setting values and the alarm history can be read out and saved customer-specifically with commercially available smartphones, tablets or PCs via Wi-Fi.
